xxxx Tiffin Allegro Bus, Model 36OP - 37 feet, 2 slides, 330 HP Caterpiller Diesel engine with 56,000 miles, 6-speed Allison transmission, 7.5 KW Onan diesel generator.
MH has the following: 2 A/C's with heat pumps (one new A/C put in in Oct xxxx), 2 furnaces, xxxxW inverter, 4 door refrigerator with ice maker, convection/microwave oven and stove top, gas/electric 10 gallon water heater, 32" HDTV. Also has natural maple cabinets with solid surface countertops, carpet and ceramic tile, plumbed/wired for washer/dryer (not installed), ultra-leather driver and passenger seats, cast aluminum wheels, good Michelin tires (about 4 years old, tires always covered when parked), four new house batteries (July xxxx).
Interior is in like-new condition. Cloth couch and recliner removed and stored in heated/cooled house.
Kitchen table also removed and stored. We used stand-alone recliners and ottomans as well as a movable drop-leaf kitchen table (these items not included in sale of MH). All original items will go with MH and will be reinstalled in desired. Four dining chairs included (2 are foldable so they can be stored). Custom ordered queen size mattress.
